RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

In order to return your product and receive a refund, notify us via email at contact@jupiterlaboratories.com . Our customer service team will respond to you with the address and return authorization.

To ensure delivery, please send your return via insured DHL, Federal Express or Parcel Post. Refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation in 10-15 business days, once your refund has been processed. *We offer a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days from the date of delivery.
